  • Comfort and Joy Childbrith Education Support Services"Labour Support Services typically involve an initial interview (which does not obligate you to use our services) and two to three prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences and to better acquaint us to work together. Phone and e-mail support is available through out the pregnancy and into the post partum period. Emotional, physical and information support is provided during the labour and birth at home or in the hospital as needed. Labour Support Services also include post partum and breastfeeding support immediately following delivery and two or more post partum visits following the birth.

    • Natural Doula
    As a natural doula, Jessica's goal is to provide continuous,, uninterrupted care for the labouring woman and her partner. She will help them participate fully in their experience by offering physical and emotional support. Jessica also provides information about pregnancy, birth, available technology and natural alternatives.
